Situated in the Province of Udine, the Lago di Fusine Inferiore covers an area of 13 hectares. The lake stands at an elevation of 923 metres above sea level and is 24 metres deep at its deepest point.
'Inferiore" refers to the fact that it's the "lower" of the two lakes next to each other, the other lake being "superiore", or "upper". |
