The island of Santa Maria forms part of the La Maddalena Archipelago island group that sits just off Sardinia's north-eastern coast in the Province of Sassari.
Santa Maria measures just two square kilometres in total and can be accessed by private boat only. The island is uninhabited and its main attraction is the crystalline sea that surrounds its beaches. |
