Livorno Ferry Schedules
Latest update: 20 October 2023
The Livorno ferry schedules detail the maritime connections between the port in Tuscany and five destinations. Until the 16th century Livorno was something of a backwater before the Medici family decided to turn it into a port from which they could trade.
Livorno is situated on the west coast of Italy, facing out on to the Ligurian Sea. All five of the destinations it's connected to require a journey south, with the island of Capraia in the Tuscan Archipelago the closest of those. Beyond the little island of Capraia lies the much larger Corsica with its port of Bastia reachable in around four hours from Livorno. The two ports of Olbia and Golfo Aranci in Sardinia and Palermo in Sicily are also connected to Livorno. |
