The Rome Metro Map is fairly simple to understand; it consists of just three lines, each of which is assigned a colour. Line A is orange, Line B is blue and Line C is green. One of the most important stops on the network is Termini which is the city's main railway terminus: Rome Termini Train Station which is on both Line A and Line B.
Other notable stops to look out for are Colosseo on Line B which is the closest stop to the Colosseum, and Spagna on Line B which is the stop for the Spanish Steps. The closest stop for the Pantheon, the Trevi Fountain and Piazza Navona is Barberini while for the Vatican City you can use either Cipro or Ottaviano to visit Saint Peter's Basilica, Piazza San Pietro and the Vatican Museums. |
