Val di Cecina
The Val di Cecina is a valley area situated within the Province of Pisa. It occupies an area between the seaside town of Cecina on the Tyrrhenian coast, up to the famous inland hill town of Volterra.
The scenery in the area is quite breathtaking with its vineyards and rows of cypress trees neatly sat on hill-tops. Towns of interest in and around the area include Lajatico, San Gimignano and Lari. |
