Chiaravalle Abbey

The Chiaravalle Abbey is situated six kilometres south east of Milan city centre. A Cistercian monastic complex, it was originally founded in 1134, while its mostly Gothic construction contains a number of elements from the Romanesque architectural style.
To reach the Abbey via public transport from the centre of Milan requires Metro and bus with a journey time of around 25 minutes. |
