By Rail: Sant'Angelo Le Fratte does not have its own train station. The nearest station is in Tito, around 10 kilometres away, on the regional line between Potenza and Salerno. From Tito, the town can be reached by car or taxi in approximately 15 minutes. Potenza Centrale, about 25 kilometres away, offers wider rail connections across the region.

By Road: The town is situated in the province of Potenza, Basilicata, around 25 kilometres south of Potenza and roughly 100 kilometres north of Salerno. From Potenza, the drive takes about 30 minutes via the SS95. From Salerno, the journey is around 1 hour and 30 minutes using the A2 motorway and SS95. Parking is available near the town centre.
