How to Get to Lacona
By Rail: Lacona does not have its own train station. The nearest mainland station is Piombino Marittima, which is directly connected to Pisa and Florence via regional trains. From there, ferry services to Portoferraio on Elba Island are available, followed by a 15-kilometre drive to Lacona by bus, taxi or rental car.
By Road: Once on Elba, Lacona is situated in the southern part of the island, approximately 15 minutes by car from Portoferraio and 10 minutes from Marina di Campo. Roads on the island are well-maintained but narrow and winding in places. Car parks are available near the beach and in the village area.
