The nearest station is in Bibbiena, about 10 kilometres away, on the regional line operated by Trenitalia between Arezzo and Pratovecchio-Stia. Trains connect Bibbiena to Arezzo in approximately 40 minutes. From Bibbiena, Ortignano Raggiolo can be reached by car, taxi, or local bus via the SP310 road.
