One of the most famous beaches not only in Elba, but in the whole of Tuscany, Sansone Beach is a spectacular sight to behold. It's located in the comune of Portoferraio but can only be accessed on foot.
A 10-15 minute walk down the coastal path eventually brings you to the cliff above the beach from where you can get the best views. |
There's a great restaurant at the cliff-top and Sansone is on my list of Must See Elba sights.
