The town of Valeggio sul Mincio is located within the Province of Verona and has a population of 15,564 inhabitants. It's situated around 150 kilometres west of Venice, the capital of Veneto.​

Standing at an elevation of 88 metres above sea level, it covers an area of 64 km². Among the nearby places of interest are Borghetto, Parco Giardino Sigurtà and Peschiera del Garda.
