Verona Archaeological Museum

The Verona Archaeological Museum or Museo Archeologico al Teatro Romano is situated on the banks of the River Adige in the centre of Verona. Established in 1924, its main sight is the Roman Theatre of Verona which dates back to the first century AD.
Aside from the outdoor Roman Theatre, the museum has a cloister and a number of internal rooms displaying archaeological artefacts. |
