​The Romanesque-styled Verona Cathedral is located in the Città Antica area of the city. 

Fully-named Cattedrale Santa Maria Matricolare or Duomo di Verona (in Italian), it was officially consecrated in 1187. On-foot, from Verona Arena, it takes 16 minutes to reach the cathedral which is close to Ponte Pietra bridge.
