The Villa Comunale in Lecce is also known as the Giardini Pubblici di Giuseppe Garibaldi. The attractive city park was established in 1818 and occupies an area of three hectares in the centre of Lecce, the main city in the Salento region of Puglia.
This is one of the most relaxing places in the city with its ornamental fountains, bandstand and manicured gardens. |
