Bari Karol Wojtyla Airport is located just 11 kilometres from the centre of Bari and is the main international gateway in and out of Puglia. Transporting around five and a half million passengers per year, it's the busiest of Puglia's two airports. 

Its geographical location half way down the Puglian coast makes it the ideal spot to start your adventure in the region.

The airport has flight connections with most major cities in Europe as well as a long list of domestic destinations. UK visitors can fly to and from London (Gatwick, Luton and Stansted), Manchester and Liverpool. Some of the destinations can only be accessed during the summer but with the long list of Italian airports reachable, there are a wide range of options throughout the year.
