How to Get to Bonassola
By Rail: Bonassola has its own train station on the Genoa–La Spezia railway line, served by Trenitalia regional trains. Services run regularly to Levanto, La Spezia, and Genoa, with journey times of around 5 minutes to Levanto, 30 minutes to La Spezia, and 1 hour and 30 minutes to Genoa. The station is located just a short walk from the beach and town centre.

By Road: Bonassola is located on the Ligurian coast, west of La Spezia and just a few kilometres from Levanto. The town can be reached via the SP38 from Levanto or by exiting the A12 motorway at Carrodano and following signs to Bonassola. The drive from Genoa takes around 1 hour and 30 minutes, and from La Spezia about 40 minutes. Parking is limited but available near the tunnel entrance and hillside areas.
