How to Get to Bovo Marina
By Rail: Bovo Marina does not have its own train station. The nearest station is in Agrigento, approximately 40 kilometres to the northeast, served by regional Trenitalia services. Trains from Agrigento connect to Palermo in about 2 hours and to Caltanissetta in around 1 hour and 15 minutes. Bovo Marina can be reached from Agrigento by car or local bus.

By Road: Bovo Marina is located on the southern coast of Sicily, near the Torre Salsa nature reserve and around 10 kilometres south of Montallegro. The drive from Agrigento takes about 50 minutes via the SS115 and local roads. From Palermo, the journey is approximately 150 kilometres and takes around 2 hours and 20 minutes. Parking is available close to the beach, particularly in summer when visitor numbers increase.

  • Comiso Airport: Located about 140 kilometres to the southeast. The drive takes approximately 2 hours via the SS115 and inland roads.
