The second busiest airport in the Puglia region, ​Brindisi Salento Airport offers a viable alternative to Bari which is an hour and a half or so further up the same coastal road.

​Brindisi is situated in the heart of the exceptional Salento region of Puglia and the airport itself is located just 4 km from the city centre.
