The beach resort of Cavallino Treporti is situated on the Adriatic Coast, in the Metropolitan City of Venice province. Venice, the regional capital of Veneto, lies across the Venice Lagoon and can be reached via the water bus in around an hour.

​​Among the places of interest within a short distance are Lido di Jesolo, Caorle, ​​​​​Bibione, Portogruaro, and Venice.
By car you can reach Lido di Jesolo in 23 minutes (17 km), Treviso in an hour (57 km) or Venice in just over an hour. However, the great advantage of Cavallino Treporti is that it has a stop on the Venice Water Bus (Vaporetto) system. From the Treporti stop, it takes around an hour to reach Venice. The most convenient airports for Cavallino Treporti are Venice Marco Polo Airport (48 km) and Treviso Airport (59 km).
