The lakeside town of Lierna is situated in the Province of Lecco, on the shores of Lake Como. It has a population of around 2,000 residents and is located a distance of 79 kilometres north of Milan, the regional capital of Lombardy.

Lierna has a Lake Como ferry port, while nearby places of interest include Fiumelatte, Varenna, Abbadia Lariana and Bellano.

Lierna is a charming town located on the eastern shore of Lake Como in Lombardy, around 10 kilometres north of Lecco. Situated at the foot of the surrounding mountains, Lierna offers stunning views of the lake and the majestic peaks that rise behind it. The town is known for its tranquil atmosphere, with winding streets and traditional stone houses that contribute to its historic charm.
