By Rail: The area is served by the Scalea–Santa Domenica Talao station, located approximately 7 kilometres to the north. It lies on the Battipaglia–Reggio Calabria line, operated by Trenitalia, with regional trains connecting to major towns such as Paola and Sapri. From Scalea, travel time is around 10 minutes by car or local taxi.

By Road: Marina di Santa Maria del Cedro lies along the Tyrrhenian coast of northern Calabria. It is accessible via the SS18 coastal road. From Scalea, the drive is about 10 minutes (7 kilometres), while from Paola, it takes around 1 hour (50 kilometres). There are public car parks near the beach and central areas.
