Messina lies on the Sicilian shore of the eponymous Strait and is separated from Stromboli in the Aeolian Islands by a distance of 81 kilometres. Services are operated by Liberty Lines Ginsotra and Stromboli for foot passengers only and prices from €31 to €33.
