​The town of Montefalco is situated within the Province of Perugia and has a population of around 6,000 residents.

It stands at an elevation of 473 metres above sea level and is included in the list of Borghi Più Belli d'Italia (most beautiful villages in Italy). Places of interest nearby include Bevagna, Terni, Foligno, Spello and Campello sul Clittuno.

Montefalco is a historic town located in the province of Perugia, in central Umbria, set on a hill that offers sweeping views of the surrounding countryside. Known as the "balcony of Umbria," it overlooks vineyards, olive groves, and the rolling hills of the region.
