The Naples to Panarea ferry times detail a route that runs up to twice per day during the summer only. The service is provided by SNAV whose foot passenger only hydrofoils cover the 254 kilometre distance with a journey time of just over five hours. 

​Depending on the day of the week, there's also an overnight service that takes around eleven and a half hours to reach Panarea.
