The village of Perloz is situated a distance of 55 kilometres south- east of Aosta, the regional capital of Valle d'Aosta. 

​It stands at an elevation of 661 metres above sea level and has a population of around 470 residents.

Nearby places of interest include the towns of Pont-Saint-Martin, Bard, Fort Bard and Lilianes.
