​One of two harbour areas on the island of Lampedusa, Porto Vecchio (Old Port), is situated to the south of Via Roma, the main street on the island. 

​Porto Vecchio is characterised by a sandy beach with palm trees along with a marina flanked by bars and restaurants. This is a great place for a walk or a bite to eat in the evening or at lunch time.
