How to Get to Rocchetta Sant’Antonio
By Rail: Rocchetta Sant’Antonio has its own train station, Rocchetta Sant’Antonio–Lacedonia, located about 4 kilometres from the town centre. It lies on the Foggia–Potenza line operated by Trenitalia. Regional trains connect the station to Foggia in around 1 hour and to Potenza in approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes. Taxis and local buses are available for the short transfer between the station and the town.

By Road: Rocchetta Sant’Antonio is situated in the province of Foggia, close to the border with Campania. The town is about 60 kilometres southwest of Foggia, with a drive of roughly 1 hour via the SS655. From Avellino, the journey takes around 1 hour and 30 minutes, covering about 85 kilometres via the SS303 and SS400. Parking is available on the approach roads and at the lower end of the historic centre.

  • Foggia Gino Lisa Airport: Located approximately 65 kilometres northeast of Rocchetta Sant’Antonio, with a journey time of about 1 hour by car via the SS655. This small regional airport offers limited domestic connections.
  • Naples Capodichino Airport: Situated around 125 kilometres southwest, taking about 1 hour and 50 minutes via the A16 motorway. It is the most convenient option for international arrivals.
  • Bari Karol Wojtyła Airport: Roughly 170 kilometres east of Rocchetta Sant’Antonio, with a drive of around 2 hours and 20 minutes via the A14 and SS655. It provides a wide range of domestic and European flight connections.
