How to Get to San Benedetto Po
By Rail: San Benedetto Po does not have its own train station. The nearest station is in Suzzara, about 15 kilometres away, on the Parma–Suzzara–Mantua line operated by Trenitalia and Ferrovie Emilia Romagna. From Parma, the train to Suzzara takes around 50 minutes, and from there San Benedetto Po can be reached in about 20 minutes by car or local bus.

By Road: San Benedetto Po is located in the province of Mantua, south-east of the city of Mantua. From Mantua, the distance is around 20 kilometres, with a driving time of about 25 minutes. From Verona, the journey is approximately 60 kilometres and takes about 1 hour. Parking is available near the abbey and around the historic centre.

  • Verona Villafranca Airport: About 55 kilometres from San Benedetto Po, with a drive of around 1 hour. This is the closest airport, offering a wide selection of domestic and European flights.
