How to Get to San Marco
By Rail: The closest train station is Agropoli-Castellabate, approximately 12 kilometres away. This station lies on the Naples–Salerno–Reggio Calabria line, operated by Trenitalia, with direct services from Naples (around 1 hour 30 minutes) and Salerno (approximately 50 minutes). From the station, taxis or local buses connect to San Marco.

By Road: San Marco can be reached via the SP267 coastal road. It is about 75 kilometres south of Salerno (around 1 hour 30 minutes by car) and 125 kilometres from Naples (approximately 2 hours). There is public parking near the waterfront and residential zones, though availability may be limited in peak season.

  • Naples International Airport: Located around 125 kilometres from San Marco, with a driving time of approximately 2 hours. Train connections are available from Naples Centrale to Agropoli-Castellabate, followed by local transport to the coast.
  • Salerno – Costa d'Amalfi Airport: Roughly 55 kilometres away (about 1 hour 10 minutes by car). This is a small regional airport with seasonal flights, mostly used in conjunction with private transfers or hire cars.
