The Sassari Province occupies a total geographical area of 7,692 square kilometres, including the provincial capital city of Sassari. the second most populous in Sardinia.
Within the province there are 92 provincial towns, known as communes (comune singular or comuni plural in Italian). The total population of Sassari Province is around 491,000 inhabitants. |
