Ski  Resorts  of  Molise

The two best known ski resorts of Molise are Campitello Matese and Capracotta which lie among the region's Apennine Mountains.

Campitello Matese is the more established of the two with five ski lifts and a number of accommodation options nearby. It sits at the edge of the Matese Regional Park marking the regional border between Molise and neighbouring Campania. Aside from the winter skiing, it's also a favourite spot for hiking in the summer. 

Little Capracotta is surrounded by some of Molise's most beautiful scenery and the scenic drive to get there is part of the experience.
