The mountain town of Temù is situated within the Province of Brescia and has a population of around 1,100 residents.

It stands at an elevation of 1,150 metres above sea level and is located 165 kilometres north-east of Milan, the regional capital of Lombardy.

Places of interest nearby include Ponte di Legno, Vezza d'Oglio, Edolo, Aprica, and Tirano.
