The lakeside town of Torbole is situated within the Province of Trentino, on the shores of Lake Garda. It belongs to the Comune of Nago - Torbole and is located a distance of 48 kilometres south west by road from Trento, the provincial capital of Trentino.

Nearby places of interest include the towns of Riva del Garda and Arco as well as Lake Tenno and Lake Ledro.
