How to Get to Amantea
By Rail: Amantea has its own train station on the Salerno–Reggio Calabria railway line, served by Trenitalia regional trains. Services run frequently between Amantea and other towns along the Tyrrhenian coast, including Paola, Lamezia Terme, and Salerno. Journey times are approximately 20 minutes to Paola, 30 minutes to Lamezia Terme, and 2 hours to Salerno. The station is located near the coast, within walking distance of the town centre and beachfront.

By Road: Amantea is located on the Tyrrhenian coast of Calabria, approximately 40 kilometres south-west of Cosenza and 85 kilometres north of Reggio Calabria. It is easily accessible via the SS18 coastal road, with the drive from Cosenza taking around 45 minutes and from Lamezia Terme Airport about 30 minutes. The A2 motorway runs inland and connects with the town via nearby exits. Public parking is available near the town centre and seafront.
