By Rail: The nearest train station is in Amantea, approximately 6 kilometres north of Campora San Giovanni. It lies on the main Tyrrhenian coastal line operated by Trenitalia, with regular regional trains to Lamezia Terme (20 minutes) and Paola (25 minutes). From the station, local buses or taxis are available to reach Campora San Giovanni.

By Road: Campora San Giovanni is located along the SS18 coastal road, around 40 kilometres southwest of Cosenza and 30 kilometres northwest of Lamezia Terme. The journey from either town takes 40 to 45 minutes by car. Free and paid parking options are available close to the beach and in the town centre.
