​The hill town of Cesarò is situated within​ the Metropolitan City of Messina province, a distance of 176 kilometres south east of Palermo, the regional capital of Sicily. 

Standing at an elevation of 1,150 metres above sea level it has a population of around 2,000 residents. Nearby places of interest include Troina, Bronte, Parco Naturale dei Nebrodi and Mt. Etna.

Cesarò is a small town located in the northeastern part of Sicily, within the province of Messina. Nestled in the heart of the Nebrodi Mountains, it offers a peaceful and scenic setting surrounded by forests, lakes, and rolling hills. The town is known for its natural beauty, with lush landscapes that are perfect for outdoor activities such as hiking and nature walks.
