The seaside town of Giulianova is situated on the Adriatic Coast in the Province of Teramo.

It has a population of 23,728 inhabitants and is located around 30 kilometres east of Teramo, the provincial capital. The town has 21 hotels while nearby places of interest include Cologna Spiaggia, Tortoreto Lido and Roseto degli Abruzzi.

Giulianova is a charming coastal town located in the Teramo province of the Abruzzo region in Italy. Situated along the Adriatic Sea, it boasts beautiful sandy beaches, historical landmarks, and a vibrant atmosphere. ​
History
Giulianova has a rich history dating back to ancient times. It was originally settled by the ancient Piceni civilization, and later became a Roman colony known as Castrum Novum. The town has witnessed various historical events and changes of rulers, including the Lombards and Normans. Throughout the centuries, it developed into an important port and trading center.

In the Middle Ages, Giulianova was part of the Kingdom of Naples and was fortified with defensive walls and towers. Over the years, it experienced economic prosperity through trade and maritime activities. Today, Giulianova is a popular tourist destination known for its beaches and historical heritage.
