​​Situated in the Province of Viterbo, Lake Bolsena covers an area of 113 square kilometres. The lake is 151 metres deep at its deepest point and stands at an elevation of 305 metres above sea level.

Lake Bolsena is a large volcanic lake located in the Lazio region, near the town of Bolsena. Known for its clear, deep waters and scenic surroundings, the lake is the largest volcanic lake in Italy and one of the most beautiful in the region.
