The Pinacoteca di Brera is an art gallery and museum in the trendy area of Brera in the centre of Milan, close to the fashion centre.
The Pinacoteca (gallery in English) was opened in 1809 and has established itself as the most important gallery in Milan with an outstanding collection of Italian paintings. Artists on display include Titian, Mantegna, Caravaggio, Raphael and many others. |
