By Rail: Rocca San Casciano does not have its own train station. The nearest station is in Forlì, about 30 kilometres away, on the Bologna–Rimini line operated by Trenitalia. From Bologna, the train to Forlì takes around 40 minutes, and from there Rocca San Casciano can be reached in about 40 minutes by car or local bus.

By Road: Rocca San Casciano lies in the Montone Valley along the SS67 road, west of Forlì. From Forlì, the distance is about 30 kilometres, with a driving time of around 40 minutes. From Florence, the journey is approximately 90 kilometres and takes about 1 hour and 40 minutes. Parking is available near the centre and in designated areas along the main road.
