The nearest station is Diano, located about 3 kilometres inland, and served by Trenitalia regional trains on the Genoa–Ventimiglia line. Regular services run to nearby towns including Ventimiglia, Savona, and Genoa. Journey times are around 45 minutes to Ventimiglia and 1 hour and 30 minutes to Genoa. Buses and taxis connect the station to the coastal area.

By Road: San Bartolomeo al Mare is located on the Ligurian coast, between Alassio and Imperia. It lies just off the A10 motorway, with its own exit providing direct access to the town. The drive from Genoa takes about 1 hour and 30 minutes, while from Nice it takes around 1 hour and 40 minutes. Parking is available near the beach, town centre, and local accommodations.
