How to Get to Santo Stefano di Cadore
By Rail: San Vito di Cadore does not have its own train station. The nearest station is in Calalzo di Cadore, about 35 kilometres away, on the Venice–Calalzo line operated by Trenitalia. From Venice, trains to Calalzo take around 3 hours with changes at Conegliano or Belluno. From Calalzo, San Vito di Cadore can be reached in about 45 minutes by car or local bus along the Boite Valley.

By Road: San Vito di Cadore is situated in the Dolomites, between Cortina d’Ampezzo and Pieve di Cadore, in the province of Belluno. From Belluno, the distance is about 60 kilometres, with a driving time of around 1 hour and 15 minutes. From Venice, the journey is approximately 140 kilometres and takes about 2 hours and 20 minutes via the A27 motorway and regional roads. Parking is available near the town centre and close to the main hiking and skiing areas.
