By Rail: The nearest train station to Sant’Angelo Limosano is in Campobasso, approximately 18 kilometres away. The station is on the Termoli–Campobasso–Benevento line operated by Trenitalia, with regional trains to Termoli in around 1 hour and 15 minutes and to Benevento in roughly 1 hour and 30 minutes. From Campobasso, taxis or local buses connect to Sant’Angelo Limosano.

By Road: Sant’Angelo Limosano is located in central Molise, north of Campobasso. From Campobasso, the drive takes about 25 minutes via the SS647 and SP41. From Isernia, it is approximately 65 kilometres and takes about 1 hour and 15 minutes by car. Parking is available at the lower entrance to the historic centre.
