How to Get to Selva di Val Gardena
By Rail: Selva di Val Gardena does not have its own railway station. The nearest station is in Ponte Gardena, about 25 kilometres away, on the Verona–Brennero line operated by Trenitalia. Regional trains connect Ponte Gardena to Bolzano in approximately 30 minutes and to Verona in about 1 hour and 40 minutes. From Ponte Gardena, the village is reachable by car, taxi, or local bus via the SS242 road that runs through the Val Gardena valley.

By Road: The village is located at the upper end of the Val Gardena, surrounded by the Dolomites. From Bolzano, the distance is around 50 kilometres, with a driving time of roughly 1 hour via the A22 motorway and SS242 road. From Trento, the journey is approximately 105 kilometres and takes about 1 hour and 50 minutes. From Innsbruck, the distance is about 125 kilometres, with a drive of around 2 hours and 15 minutes. Parking is available near the ski lifts, hotels, and in the central area.
