​​The beach resort of Tirrenia is situated in the Province of Pisa, on the Ligurian Sea. It's officially part of the Comune of Pisa, which is around 18 kilometres away.

Places of interest nearby include ​Marina di Pisa and the Migliarino San Rossore Nature Park while Pisa Airport is 15 kilometres away and reachable by car in 16 minutes.
