Beach  Resorts  of  Tuscany

The beach resorts of Tuscany represent a specific category of seaside location. Aside from the official municipalities or comuni which are categorised under the "Seaside Town" sections, the beach resorts are generally frazioni of a nearby larger town. 

Tuscany has a great selection of beach resorts along its coastline which stretches from the Tyrrhenian to the Ligurian seas. 

Among the highlights are pretty Castiglioncello with its sandy beaches and azure water while the resorts of Lidi di Camaiore, Marina di Cecina and Marina di Pietrasanta all merit attention.
