By Rail: Marina di Pietrasanta is served by the nearby Pietrasanta railway station, about 3 kilometres from the seafront, on the Pisa–La Spezia line operated by Trenitalia. Regional trains connect Pietrasanta to Pisa in around 35 minutes, to Viareggio in about 10 minutes, and to La Spezia in approximately 1 hour. From the station, Marina di Pietrasanta can be reached by local bus, taxi, or bicycle.

By Road: The town lies on the Versilia coast of northern Tuscany, easily accessible via the SS1 Aurelia road and the A12 motorway. From Pisa, the distance is about 40 kilometres, with a driving time of roughly 40 minutes. From Florence, the journey is approximately 110 kilometres and takes about 1 hour and 30 minutes, while from La Spezia it is around 55 kilometres, with a drive of about 1 hour. Parking is available close to the beach and near the town centre.
