How to Get to Bella
By Rail: Bella has its own train station, Bella–Muro, located about 6 kilometres from the town centre on the Foggia–Potenza line operated by Trenitalia. Regional trains connect the station to Potenza in roughly 30 minutes and to Foggia in around 1 hour and 45 minutes. Local buses and taxis link the station to the town centre.

By Road: Bella is situated in northern Basilicata, around 35 kilometres northwest of Potenza. The drive takes approximately 40 minutes via the SS93. From Melfi, the distance is about 45 kilometres, with a journey time of around 50 minutes via the SS658. The town is well connected by regional roads, with easy access from the A16 motorway, and parking is available near the centre and along the main access routes.

  • Bari Karol Wojtyła Airport: Located about 130 kilometres northeast of Bella, with a drive of around 2 hours via the SS655 and SS96. This is the most convenient airport, offering a wide range of domestic and international flights.
  • Naples–Capodichino International Airport: Situated roughly 170 kilometres west, taking about 2 hours and 30 minutes by car via the A16 motorway. It provides regular national and European routes.
  • Foggia Gino Lisa Airport: Approximately 95 kilometres north, with a journey time of around 1 hour and 30 minutes via the SS655. It serves a limited number of domestic destinations.
