​The historic town of Borgo San Lorenzo is part of the Metropolitan City of Florence province with a population of 18,240. 

Standing at an elevation of 193 metres above sea level, it's located a distance of 33 kilometres north east of Florence, the regional capital of Tuscany.  Nearby places of interest include Vicchio, Mugello, Scarperia, Lake Bilancino and Fiesole.

Borgo San Lorenzo is a charming town located in the Mugello Valley, around 30 kilometres north of Florence.
