Landmarks  of  Sicily

The most famous landmarks of Sicily are split into two separate categories. Within the list of natural landmarks for example we find the likes of fiery Mount Etna and the unusual white cliffs of the Scala dei Turchi. There's also the little island of Isola Bella which is one of Sicily's most beautiful beaches, and the enchanting Alcantara Gorge which is a popular spot for an activity excursion. 

Over on the man made landmarks side we find the beautiful Donnafugata Castle which has been made famous in recent years by the Inspector Montalbano TV Series. Another castle, the Castello Manfredonico in Mussomeli is another of the highlights.
